Prelab

1. Based on the knowledge gained in lab 01, list the basic steps in,

Creating a project in Quartus II.
Programming and Configuring the FPGA board used for labs.

Study the process of creating a new project and downloading a circuit in the Altera DE1 or DE2 board (any one of these two). Students will be randomly asked to give a demonstration to the TA during the lab sessions.

2. Write the truth table for AND, OR, NOT and XOR functions.

Upload your prelab on Canvas. The instructor will check your prelab in the lab session, and part of your grade will depend on the prelab as well.
