Project Eleven:
An Encryption Unit for Serial Communication

Project Eleven asks you to design a  Moore sequential network, an encryption  circuit for carrying out encrypted communication. You will verify your design with a timing diagram simulation and implement the circuit on your DE-2 board. The links below will be helpful in competing your project and preparing your report.
