1. Do problem 10.3 from your textbook.

2. For the basin of Problem 10.3:

1. Use the Strahler ordering scheme to order the drainage network and determine the order of the basin, W.

2. Estimate the Bifurcation Ratio, R_B, and the Length Ratio, R_L.

3. Estimate the average length of overland flow, L_o. The average length of overland flow is defined as L_o = 1/(2 D_d). The average length of overland flow is a measure of the average distance from the drainage divide to a stream channel.

3. Obtain estimates of the Bifurcation Ratio, R_B, the Length Ratio, R_L, and the Area Ratio, R_A, using the data tabulated below. In addition, for the same data, determine a) the area of the basin, b) the total length of streams, c) the drainage density, D_d, and d) the average length of overland flow, L_o.
