Structure Description: This community was just to the north of a damaged community, and it saw very little damage. This neighborhood generally had hip-roofs, and all houses were custom built.

Failure Description: Damage appeared to be limited to soffit and trim damage with a few garage door failures and a little bit of shingle damage.
