Structure Description: The garage was 20’ x 30’ and fully sheathed with plywood. Walls were 10’ tall. There was no blocking of panel joints and no blocking at truss heals. Roof was very well tied to the walls and foundation. Garage fronts were 24”. Garage door was compromised. Wall was racked about ¼” to ½”. This amount of racking may have been within construction tolerances.
