Structure Description: This subdivision was on the East side of Gulfport. These houses had hip roofs.

Failure Description: Some roof sheathing was lost, and there was shingle damage. Upon closer inspection (of a photo), it appeared that the perimeter roof sheathing was in excess of 12” oc, and there appeared to be no intermediate fasteners.
