Structure Description: This neighborhood was built in the late 1980s, early 1990s (oldest home was 18 years old). Many of the homes were fully sheathed. There was no building paper between OSB sheathing and vinyl siding. Square footage was around 1500 - 1800.

Failure Description: Structural damage was minimal. Much loss of vinyl siding occurred, and there was also some shingle loss. OSB deterioration was observed at the roof intersections and around the windows.
