    Dan Connors is an instructor and adjunct faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Colorado State University. He works in the area of Parallel Programming, Compilers and Computer Architecture.

    Latest group activities/news: Ported the WRF (Weather Research and Forcasting) model to Microsoft HPC Server.

    Demonstration of 48-hour simulation of T2 (2-meter above the ground air temperature).

    Interests

    Some of my research and education interests:

    • Run-time systems and compiler optimization
    • Parallel programming with GPUs
    • Multi-core architectures
    • Fault tolerant system design
    • Hardware design (FPGA prototyping)
