I need more HELP!

Engineering Network Services (ENS) staff are ready to help you when you have problems with the college's computing technology. The best and easiest way to reach ENS is to send a message to help@engr.colostate.edu, which reaches all ENS staff. Someone from ENS will return your email promptly.

You are also welcome to visit us in person. The ENS Help Desk is open during business hours and is located in the Glover Building, Room 212.

Of course, there are a number of self-help resources available on the ENS website. You can also use the "A to Z list" to find information you are looking for.
