How to use the Facility

To use the Nanoscalescale Science and Technology Fabrication and Characterization Facility please contact us with your requirements. This Facility is composed mainly by prototype imaging and patterning setups based on the state of the art EUV lasers developed at CSU. These are not standard equipments and to use them, necessarily previous planning and discussion are necessary.
