to the Second Edition of

p. 33: in the fourth line under Equation 2.49, "-225°" should be "-135°"
p. 94: in the figure for Question 3.13, the top MOSFET is upside down. It should look like the CMOS output in Figure 6.27 on p. 212.
p. 208: in the CMOS circuit in Figure 6.23, the top MOSFET is upside down. It should look like the CMOS output in Figure 6.27 on p. 212.
p. 282: in the middle of the page, "123" should be indented two spaces per the blank string (" ") in the Lcdout command above.
