Even Motorsport Engineers seem to get involved in "Silly Season", and CSU's alumni are no different. Notable moves included: Matt Barnes to Penske IRL, Robbie Atkinson to Penske ALMS, Luke Goldenstein to Newman-Haas-Lanigan IRL, Lucas Weidner to JGR NASCAR, and Andy Listes to Forsythe ATLANTICS.
Dhanush Kondoth moved from Atlantics to the new SuperLeague Series, and continues to work on vehicle dynamics simulation. Other alumni shifted gears as well, with many of the changes related to the coalescence of open-wheel racing in the US.
