CSU staff put together an Alumni Magazine article on ex-CSU students taking part in the Denver Grand Prix. 6 ex-Motorsport Engineering students and 2 current student interns were on teams. 4 of the ex CSU students are engineers in Champ Car World Series.
CSU media professionals were on-site at the 2005 Denver Grand Prix to interview Alumni who were at the track as engineers with Champ Car World Series, Trans-Am, and Speed GT.
Press announcement of new Internship: Rob Atkinson was named the RuSPORT/CSU Intern. He was with the team for 1 month and 3 races during 2005.
