National Instruments has been a generous supporter of the Motorsport Engineering Research Center through data acquisition hardware gifts and technical support. CSU Engineering makes all of the National Instruments software, including LabView available across the network.
During August 2005, the Motorsport Engineering Research Center hosted an advanced Data Acquisition and LabView short course, in the Education Center, instructed by professionals from National Instruments. Graduate students from the MERC and other research labs at CSU were on-hand.
