Featured Electrical and Computer Engineering Video: H.J. Siegel on Distributed Computing and Communication Systems
Dr. Siegel's research focuses on distributed computing & communication systems, heterogeneous computing parallel processing, architectures & algorithms, and interconnection networks. Dr. Siegel is the co-director of the new Center for Robustness in Computing Systems, and director of the Information Science and Technology Center. One goal of ISTeC is to bring faculty from different departments and disciplines together to establish an environment beneficial to graduate students in terms of the research they are doing and the education they are receiving. ISTeC also provides for the synthesis and interaction between faculty members of different departments.
