
Restore Lost FilesEngineering Network Services creates daily backups of everyone's U:\ drive as well as many other locations on the Engineering network. In the event you happen to delete files that you meant not to, we do have the ability to restore those files. Just send email to ENS and include the following:
Your file should be restored within 1 business day, most likely sooner depending upon ENS staff schedules. Keep in mind that backups occur every night and so a file that was created and then deleted within the same work day will not have been backed up. Student Access to ArchivesIf you are a student, you may be able to recover files yourself. Follow the instructions on this page. |
