How To Login To A Sun Ray in Classic Mode

Step 1: Select Classic Sun Ray (Solaris) from the Sun Ray login screen.
Below is what you should see for a login screen:

Step 2: Determine what server to log in to.

• If you do not have a preference, and just want any Solaris environment, continue with step 4.
• If you know which particular server you wish to log in to, continue with step 3.

Step 3: Select Options > Remote Login, then either Enter Host Name or Select Host from List. Select the host you wish to log in to.

Step 4: Enter your Engineering user name, then hit enter or click the "Ok" button.

Step 3: Enter your password and then hit "Enter" or click the "OK" button.

When you log out, please press the Ctrl-Moon key combination to reset the Sun Ray so that the next user will see the normal login screen.
