Wrong Password

If your password is wrong, one of 3 things has happened:

• You don't have an account. You will need to go to the ENS Help Desk in Glover 211 to create an account. Or if you have an eID, create one here.
• You can log into Unix, but not Windows. This normally happens if your password is longer than 8 characters. First try changing your password and if that doesn't help, contact Engineering Network Services.
• You forgot your password. You will need to come in to the ENS Help Desk in Glover 211 to get assistance in choosing a new password.
