Engineering is the art of applying science to design and create things that benefit people. Approximately 2 million engineers work in the United States. Electrical and Computer Engineering are those branches of engineering that involve making things that use electricity.

The department offers two undergraduate B.S. degrees:

Accelerated BS/Masters Program in Electrical & Computer Engineering
The department offers an accelerated BS/MS (or ME) program. The program is designed for completion in 5 years. The proposed program is open to exceptional undergraduate students who have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.25 through the completion of at least 75 credit hours of university study, including 15 or more upper division credits in the major, and grades of B or better in ECE 311, ECE331, ECE341 (or 450/451), or their equivalents. To remain in the program a student must maintain a 3.25 GPA. A student may elect out at anytime, without any adverse effects on his or her undergraduate status. To apply for admission into the accelerated BS/MS program, please file an application through the Graduate School, and email Elisabeth Wadman, Student Adviser, to let her know that you have done so.

Ready to apply? You can do so on-line through CSU's web page.
