Former Astronaut Joins CSU

FORT COLLINS, Colo. Colorado State University says Air Force
Undersecretary Ronald M. Sega will join the school as a professor of
systems engineering and vice president of the school's applied research
foundation.
Sega is a former astronaut who flew two missions on the space shuttle.
He graduated from the Air Force Academy and earned graduate degrees from Ohio State and the University of Colorado.
At CSU, he will divide his time between the College of Engineering and the Colorado State University Research Foundation.
He
has been at the Pentagon since 2001, first as director of defense
research and engineering and later as an Air Force undersecretary
developing energy strategy.
