In addition to engineering specific organizations, CSU offers many other campus wide clubs and organizations that a student can join.

National Honor Society for electrical and computer engineers.
IEEE - The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers - Local Chapter
The student branch of IEEE at Colorado State University is a chapter of the world-wide professional organization of IEEE. You don't have to be a member to attend meetings or take an active part in the organization. How do you get plugged in?
Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE)
"A national organization of professional engineers who serve as role models in the Hispanic community."
Society of Women Engineers (SWE)
* Inform young women, their parents, counselors, and the general public, of the qualifications and achievements of women engineers and the opportunities open to them.
* Assist women in readying themselves for a return to active work after temporary retirement.
* Serve as a center of information on women in engineering.
* Encourage women engineers to attain high levels of education and professional achievement.
National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)
"NSBE's mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community."
Colorado Alliance for Minority Participation (CO-AMP)
CO-AMP is sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF) for the purpose of attracting and preparing students for careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
