Project Description
The purpose of this project is to understand the basic modle of a communication system and to simulate signal detection performance. For simplicity, we will assume that the transmitter transmits a binary symbol in each channel used. The binary symbols over different channel uses are independent from each other. We assume all parameters are real-valued. We will simulate transmitting signals trough a channel. Then using determined probability functions we will evaluate the recieved signal and determine what the originally transmitted signal as well as how to decode the traqnsmitted information.The final goal of the project is to produce the most simple algorithm for a multi user high complexity communications system such as a cell network.
