Richard Ooi is currently attending Colorado State University, class of 2008 with a Bachelor in Eletrical Engineering and minor in Mathematics. His concentrations are RF measurements, power transmission, and control systems.
For this project, he is in charge of the optimization control of the RF surgical plasma.
