I am using a programmable system-on-chip from Cypress to control a bank of red, green, and blue LED's. Through pulse width modulation, a GUI will allow the user to define a sequence of colors ("mood lighting") over a desired time range. The GUI will allow users to mix 256 levels of red, green, and blue. It has not yet been determined what maximum number of color changes will be allowed in the sequence.
