Carmen Menoni
Dr. Menoni's research focuses on semiconductor materials, device characterization, ultrafast spectroscopy, and chemically assisted ion beam etching. Dr. Menoni and her group are interested in understanding the physics of nanostructures using light, improving the response of laser diodes for use in communication, and using short wavelength light to implement imaging and interferometer tools.
