David Thompson
Dr. Thompson's research focuses on large-scale atmospheric dynamics, the coupling of the stratosphere with the lower part of the atmosphere, and the interaction of the ocean and atmosphere. He also has focused on interpreting the role of atmospheric patterns in climate change, such as the recent northern hemisphere wintertime climate change.
