Robert Ward
Dr. Ward is Director of the Colorado Water Resources Research Institute as well as the Water Center at Colorado State University. His research focuses on the interface of water quality management and monitoring, and his students work on designing systems that will allow water managers to make decisions based on scientifically sound monitoring data and information.
