Jose Salas
Dr. Salas's research focuses on forecasting the stream flow of the Poudre River in order to predict drought deficits and develop statistical concepts, formulating the probability of risk related to these types of droughts in efforts to quantify severe drought. His research serves to solve local, regional, state, national and international water supply problems.
