Michael Robeson, Civil Engineering graduate student, develops predictable methodologies and design equations for minimizing stream bend scours in sinuous channels. He notes that CSU's hydraulics lab is a very unique facility in that its size allows for large-scale physical hydraulic models, and even exact replicas of real-world situations.
