Stephen, Civil Engineering graduate student, studies the dynamics of urbanization and native water supplies. Returning to school after many years of work in irrigation engineering, Stephen has found the Civil Engineering Department to be a wonderful, exciting and stimulating place to pursue his doctoral degree.
