David, Civil Engineering graduate student, focuses on detecting contaminants in drinking water distribution systems, specifically originating as forms of terrorism. First exposed to CSU through the distance learning program while stationed overseas, David says that positive experience made pursuing a graduate degree full-time on campus an easy choice.
