The Steel Bridge Team participates in the ASCE-AISC Steel Bridge Competition. The team is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students who will design, fabricate and construct a scale model steel bridge. Participating in Steel Bridge you can gain experience in structural design, fabrication process, construction planning, organization, project management, and teamwork. Students will have an opportunity to use programs such as AutoCAD and SAP (Structural Analaysis Program) to help with the design and testing phase. There is also the opportunity to become certified and work in CSU's MIL (Manufacturing Instructional Laboratory).
