Sponsorship Package ($1,000) – Maximum 8 recruiters, high visibility oversized booth in sponsors row (electricity and shipping included), advertising on sponsor board and web page, 3 tickets to SWE’s Evening with Industry, “Next Day Interview” room
Oversized Booth ($700) – 12′ table, maximum 8 recruiters, high visibility location, electricity
Standard Booth ($550) – 6′ table, maximum 4 recruiters
Small Business/Government Booth ($400) – 6′ table, maximum 2 recruiters
Register before January 1 and save $50
Registration fees include continental breakfast, tickets for lunch and the Employer/Student Leadership Reception, company profile and logo in Employer Guidebook, and company listing on the College of Engineering website throughout Spring 2017.
Evening Employer Sessions: $195 (limited availability)
Hold your information session at the Hilton following the fair. Register for the window that works best for you: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. OR 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
“Next Day Interview” Room: $195 (limited availability)
With next day interviews, create your own interview schedule as students drop by your table at the fair. We encourage you to use our complimentary interview rooms beginning Monday, Febuary 27. Contact Terry Comerford to reserve a complimentary room(s) in the Engineering Success Center.
SWE’s Evening with Industry: $50 per recruiter
Plan on attending the Society of Women Engineers’ Evening with Industry prior to the career fair on Wednesday, Febuary 22, 2016. Held in Fort Collins’ historic Old Town at the Rio Grande, recruiters can network with potential candidates and SWE leadership in a relaxed atmosphere and smaller venue.
Engineering Employer Guidebook: Advertising Opportunities
Whether you attend the career fair or not, make sure your company stands out from the crowd with an advertisement in the Engineering Employer Guidebook. Both the printed and online versions of this very popular guide are available at each career fair and accessible to all students and alumni. Ad fees range from $50 for a half page B&W to $250 for the color back cover.
