The School of Biomedical Engineering offers an undergraduate interdisciplinary studies program as well as Master of Engineering, Master of Science, and Ph.D. degrees. Colorado State's interdisciplinary approach builds on strengths in engineering, veterinary medicine, and the sciences to provide breadth and depth to bioengineering education and research.

With 380 bioscience companies producing 16,000 bioscience jobs, Colorado is a hub of biomedical engineering research. As a student, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world problems and develop products for industry. Our close ties to industry also give you a direct line to employment after you graduate.

Colorado State is located in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado about an hour north of Denver. Ranked by Money magazine as the number one city on the "Best Places to Live" list, Fort Collins offers outdoor activities and a vibrant downtown.
Students enjoy a great research and academic setting in a fun and active surrounding community nestled in the foothills. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking and many other outdoor activities are just out your back door or within a short drive. Fort Collins offers all of the big city amenities with a small town feel.
