How to upload your application files

Go to the Login Page.

If you do not currently have an account for this tool, then please fill out the form at the bottom of the page. All fields are required except for "Street Address #2". Once you have created your account, your Last Name will be considered your username to login in the future. To re-enter the tool, your last name must be entered exactly as you typed it into the form; capitalization is important.

No matter if this is your first time using this tool, or you have re-entered it, you will then be taken to the Upload Files page. The use of this page is very simple: just click on the "Browse..." button and find the file you would like to upload in the dialog box that appears. Click "OK" in the dialog box to choose the file. Enter any comments or additional information you would like associated with this file in the text box. Then click "Submit" to upload your file. The screen should refresh and you should see your file listed below the upload section of the page. You can click the "Download" link in that list to double-check that the correct file is on our server. If you need to update a previously uploaded file, simply upload the new file and it will automatically overwrite the old one, deleting it.

In addition, at the bottom of the upload page is a list of your personal information. If any of this information needs to be changed, click on the "Edit your personal information" link at the bottom of the page and make any needed alterations. You will need to reenter your password again. You may create a different password or use the same one as before.
