Workshop Travel Information

• We will meet in the Lockheed-Martin Design Laboratory on the second floor of the Engineering building, Room B203.  See the Campus and Ft. Collins maps.  

• If you staying in Fort Collins for the workshop there are a couple of nice places within easy walking distance of the workshop venue:
  
  • The University Park Hilton (970-482-2626).  Ask if a CSU rate is available.
  • The Best Western University Inn (970-484-1984) has less expensive rooms. It has just undergone a renovation is nice.  Ask if a CSU rate is available.

• For parking on campus during the week you can obtain a one day permit for $2.00 from the Parking Services office in Green Hall at Laurel and Meridian Streets. You will need to park in a "Z" lot. The staff at Green Hall can assist you with finding the best place to park to access the Engineering Building. Otherwise, you may be able to find a parking space on the streets adjacent to campus.  On Saturdays and Sundays you can park in the lot behind the Engineering Building.  See the Campus and Ft. • There is a limousine service to Fort Collins from Denver International Airport that leaves each hour.  It makes a scheduled stops at the Mariott Courtyard and University Park Hilton.  For a nominal extra fee, the service will take you to the Best Western University Inn or elsewhere in Ft. Collins.
