CSU IAC Area Plant Visits

Though most of the plant visits by the CSU IAC are within a couple hours of the main Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins, CO, teams have traveled to several states in the Rocky Mountain Region. Plants in the Denver, CO region are quite accessible, but day trips have gone as far as Colorado Springs, CO. For even longer trips, 3 or 4 plants are normally contacted in an area so that several day trips can be made from a central base where the team will stay for a work week. Usually such trips are coordinated with the help of a local utility or an area manufacturing organization.

The CSU IAC program has established a record of quality performance in improving the efficiency of more than 580 manufacturing plants in states of the Rocky Mountain Region. These include:

  • Colorado
  • Montana
  • Nebraska
  • Nevada
  • New Mexico
  • North Dakota
  • South Dakota
  • Utah
  • Wyoming

Please feel free to contact us if you are in this region and would like to have us visit to conduct an assessment.

Plant efficiency at many locations has been increased by providing cost-effective recommendations for improvements in the areas of energy efficiency, pollution prevention, and productivity improvement. The operational goal of the CSU IAC is to provide both on-site assessment and follow-up services in a timely and thorough manner that reflects the overall IAC record for quality and cost-effectiveness.
