Virtual Computer Lab Instructions
Follow this link to access the Virtual Lab. The link will open in a new browser window. Return to this window to follow the instructions below.
- If you haven't already, click on the link above to open the login screen in a new browser window.
- If this is the first time you have tried to access the Virtual Lab from your computer, click on the Metaframe Presentation Server Link in the lower right of the page in the Message Center area. This will install the client required to access the Virtual Lab. You should accept all the defaults when installing the client. When done, you may have to restart your browser.
NOTE: It is a good idea to reinstall this client every 6 months because it does get updated frequently.
- Enter your username and password and click log in.
- You can select your screen size by clicking on the middle icon at the top of this widow. You then click Connection Preferences and select your window size. We recommend using Percent of screen and use the default 95%. Click OK. Now click the first icon on the top to return to your applications.
- Click on the Virtual Lab icon to get into the Virtual Lab.
- Answer the question on how you want to access your local client files. This allows you to share file between your computer and the drives you get when you log into the server. This is secure and you will be the only person that sees your drives.
- Congratulations. You are now in the Virtual Lab.
NOTE: Click on the question mark near the login form for additional help.
