The Kuali Financial System (KFS) is brand new, and Colorado State University is the first institution to implement this new system institution wide. As of July 1, 2009, CSU made a complete conversion.

Making purchases through the Kuali Financial System:
- Log in to the Campus Administrative Portal (CAP) (under Administrative Tools) with eID and password.
- Select Kuali Financial System from the menu on the right.
