A
hard-bound book of proceedings containing all the papers presented at the
conference will be published based on camera ready papers submitted by
the authors. Contributed oral and poster papers will be limited to four
pages and invited papers will be limited to eight pages The deadline for
manuscript submission will be July 15, 2002.
Instructions for preparations for the papers were included in the registration
